PRODUCT BRAND: Our products are sourced from around the world. Every item is selected for its QUALITY and
VALUE.
As a result of our sourcing policy, the branding of the goods may not be the same as the picture, but the quality is assured.
How to pay
You can order and pay online by credit/debit card using Paypal – the No. 1 Secure Internet Transaction Site .
You can also pay by post with a UK £ cheque. By completing the printable order form, at the checkout, and sending it
along with your payment to Robert Phelps of ShopForMartialArts.com. If you are unable to print the form, simply copy all the necessary information – and remember to give us your address.
Cheques should be made payable to Mr R Phelps
Currency
We can only accept foreign currencies if payment is made by credit/debit card using the Paypal system. Paypal will automatically convert your currency into UK sterling.
Unfortunately we can only accept cheques or postal orders that are made out in our own currency of UK
sterling.
Postage
UK Mainland Postage FREE
Europe an additional charge of £3.75 per item will be added to your order.
Rest of the world an additional charge of £10.00 per item will be added to your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Heavy or bulky items will incur additional delivery charges - see the individual items for details.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment - often sooner. If you are paying by cheque, your order will be despatched as soon as your cheque payment clears.
STOCK AVAILABILITY: Occasionally we have difficulty sourcing stock - should this happen, the other items on your order will be despatched and you will be notified by email. You will then have the option to wait for stock to arrive, change the item to an in stock one (if applicable) or receive a refund for the out of stock item.
Returning goods
If you are not happy with the goods, you may return them within 7 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original
condition. Any returned items should be sent by registered post, as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in
transit.
We will not refund ANY postage costs except in exceptional circumstances.
